DivvyHQ prices now go through Lytho, and Lytho does not publish them either

What happened to DivvyHQ

Search for DivvyHQ prices today and you will most likely land on divvyhq.com/pricing, which redirects straight to a Lytho page that does not mention DivvyHQ at all. Lytho acquired DivvyHQ in early 2024, and that redirect is all that is left of a separate pricing page.

Lytho's acquisition of DivvyHQ was announced on February 27, 2024. The deal is reported to have closed on January 31, 2024. The terms were not disclosed. Lytho CEO Doug Thede said at the time: "Bringing these two platforms together will help facilitate a stronger relationship between content and creative teams." The same announcement said: "DivvyHQ will continue to be available as a standalone product for the foreseeable future." For a while, that held. An archived copy of DivvyHQ's own pricing page from April 17, 2024, nearly two months after the announcement, still shows full prices and features under the DivvyHQ brand, with no mention of Lytho.

In November 2024, DivvyHQ was still publishing its own prices. The header already read "A Lytho Company," and the headline was "Simple pricing for any size team. Start today." The page still showed $79 and an Unlimited option, the same Pro tier and unlimited-user track as in April 2024.

It did not last. As of the last check, on July 29, 2026, divvyhq.com/pricing returns a permanent redirect to lytho.com/planner, and the destination page does not mention DivvyHQ anywhere. Its headline reads, in part: "Stop losing weeks to approval bottlenecks." The page has no migration notice and no instructions specifically for DivvyHQ customers.

DivvyHQ itself was based in Kansas City, Missouri, and before the acquisition named Aflac, Cutco, Amica, NYU, Pebble Beach, and SugarCRM among its customers.

What DivvyHQ used to cost, and what the tiers actually included

The April 2024 archive shows DivvyHQ selling on two different models at once. On a per-user model: Basic at $29/month, credit card only, with a maximum of 3 users; Starter at $39 per user per month billed annually; Pro at $79 per user per month billed annually; Enterprise by custom quote. On a separate model with an unlimited number of users: Plan & Produce Unlimited at $999/month billed annually, and Content Ops Suite Unlimited by custom quote for larger teams.

By features, DivvyHQ's tiers were built around content calendars (five on Basic, unlimited from Starter), a custom workflow builder, task and campaign management, integrations with WordPress, SharePoint, Outlook, iCal, and Google Calendar, Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, custom API access, single sign-on (SSO), and analytics on content production and performance. Those were spread across the tiers.

What Lytho costs, the product DivvyHQ's pricing page points to now

It is not published. Lytho's own pricing page says so directly: "Lytho pricing is customized to each organization rather than published as a fixed rate." A demo request comes before any number.

The tier structure is public: Standard, Professional, and Enterprise, split by the number of base users, 10, 25, and 100. Judging by what comparable quote-only platforms for creative operations and digital asset management usually charge, a mid-size team should expect something in the range of a few thousand dollars a month, and a large enterprise rollout with the full set of modules should expect five figures a month. That is a guide based on how pricing in this category usually works, not a figure Lytho itself has confirmed.

What you are actually buying today is larger than DivvyHQ used to be. Lytho's current module list includes Creative Workflow, Reviews and Approval, digital asset management (DAM), Brand Center, reporting, and a set of AI add-ons (AI Reviewers, AI Insights, AI DAM), plus integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, HubSpot, Zapier, and InDesign. Everything DivvyHQ was for a team is now one part of a larger creative-operations platform, sold under a different name.

Why the renewal conversation usually starts with a demo request

DivvyHQ is not the only tool in this category where this happens. GatherContent went the same way when Bynder bought it: a published price turned into a sales conversation. With Narrato, the price question was never inherited through a redirect or a rename. The product shut down on June 15, 2026 and left nothing in its place. If a DivvyHQ renewal is turning into that kind of call, that is the pattern the category follows.

EasyContent prices are in the open

EasyContent covers structured content planning, the calendar, and approval in one place, without folding all of that into a larger creative-operations platform purchase.

Every price is on the pricing page. Plans start at $47 a month billed annually, and from Team up every plan includes an unlimited number of users, so a growing team does not open a new negotiation. A free 14-day trial with no credit card means the product is visible before a sales call. The editorial calendar sits next to a sitemap-style hierarchy, so planning and site structure live in one place. Real-time collaborative editing is included on every plan, so two people can work on the same page at the same time. Shareable review links let outside stakeholders comment and approve without a paid seat.

Moving structured content into a new tool takes real setup time, wherever it lands. A built-in CSV import and standard email support are available on every EasyContent plan for that move.

Frequently asked questions
Does DivvyHQ still exist?

Not as a separate product. Lytho acquired DivvyHQ in early 2024, and the DivvyHQ pricing URL now points at the Lytho Planner page, which does not mention DivvyHQ.

How much does DivvyHQ or Lytho cost?

It is not published. Lytho names a price based on team size, product set, and configuration, after a demo request. As a guide: comparable quote-only platforms in this category usually run from a few thousand dollars a month for a mid-size team up to five figures a month at enterprise scale. That is a category estimate, not a figure Lytho has confirmed.

How much did DivvyHQ used to cost?

From a snapshot of DivvyHQ's own site on April 17, 2024: $29/month for the Basic plan, capped at 3 users; $39 per user per month for Starter; $79 per user per month for Pro (all billed annually except Basic); or $999/month for the Plan & Produce plan with an unlimited number of users. Enterprise, on either track, was by custom quote. In November 2024 the page still showed $79 and an Unlimited option. None of this is current now that the page points at Lytho.

Is Lytho the same product as DivvyHQ?

Not quite. Lytho is a broader platform for creative operations and digital asset management, and none of it is sold under the DivvyHQ name today.

What is an alternative with published prices for content planning and approval?

EasyContent does that job directly, from $47/month billed annually, with unlimited users from Team up and a 14-day trial with no credit card.
